Established in 2010 by Creative Director and Choreographer Rhapsody James, Motivating Excellence was created to provide the ultimate training experience for dancers pursuing a professional career in the commercial dance industry—and that vision continues to thrive today.

Designed specifically for the commercial dancer, the M.E. Program equips students with the technical skill, industry insight, and artistic discipline needed to excel in today’s entertainment world. Through intensive classes and professional development seminars, M.E. is committed to shaping dancers who embody excellence both in craft and professionalism.

Spanning 6 to 8 weeks, the program offers a transformative experience that challenges, refines, and elevates each dancer’s potential.
